I had my Hunter Douglas roller blind repaired here, under warranty. The service that I received in the store was so great! The lady that I spoke to was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to reinstall the blind myself. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond what I had expected! And my roller blind works perfect now!! Excellent customer service!

It was great experience with my blinds repair. The repair was done well. Although it was delayed for almost a week due to the lack of communication on the repair quote, I still gave them a 5-star review! My only comment here is please notify the repair process to the customer when the repair items are dropping off, especially double checking the customer email address to make sure the customer would successfully receive the repair quote to avoid any delays on the timeline of the repair! Will definitely come back if needed. Highly recommended.

Had our Hunter Douglas blinds restrung , taped and new parts put in.From the very first phone call ( Wendy) to the final product everything went so smooth, on time and we were always kept up to date with the progress.We got the blinds home and they look brand new (22 years old).Thank you so much to Wendy and Jen for exceeding our expectations, couldn’t be happier.

Went in to get a replacement part for my blinds. The people in there were very friendly and helpful and I was on my way home with the proper part within 10 minutes. Great service!
